Home with God | Genesis 1-2

When you think of "home," what comes to mind? A place? A memory? A feeling of belonging?

Here's a truth that changes everything: God created you to be at home with Him. From the very first words of Scripture ("In the beginning, God") we see a Father who delights in dwelling with His people. Genesis 1-2 reveals our perfect home, where we were created in God's image to reflect His glory. We're not accidents in a vast universe. We're image-bearers, crafted with purpose and loved eternally.

The story begins in a garden and ends in a holy city (with a garden!) where God wipes away every tear. Between those bookends is the gripping story of how we get back home. This week we celebrated baptisms of people finding their way home to God through Jesus. That same invitation is open to you.
