Director of Administration and Global Impact

We are a multi-generational evangelical Bible church of about 400 attenders in Omaha, NE, known for solid Biblical teaching, for joyful Word-centered worship, for strong commitment to discipleship and global missions, for being a caring community where members support and pray for each other, and for ministries across the spectrum to men, women, and children.

We are seeking an elder-qualified individual to fulfill the dual role of Director for Administration and Global Impact. He will provide skilled leadership and oversight under the authority of a congregationally-affirmed board of elders and will work with the Lead Pastor, delegating as appropriate.

Administrative Oversight (75%)

• Buildings and grounds
• Office and support staff
• Safety and security
• Church finances
• Human resources

Global Impact Oversight (25%)

• Lead our Global Impact Team in engaging Crosspoint in the Great Commission
• Collaborate with the Church Life Pastor to connect our people to evangelism and discipleship training and encourage them to engage in relational discipleship opportunities
• Encourage sending and support of overseas missionaries
• Shepherd our overseas gospel partners


• Graduate from accredited evangelical theological seminary (or be committed to completing the same) is preferred, but not essential.
• Aptitude for both administration and global discipleship
• Love and desire God passionately
• Lead a lifestyle congruent with the Biblical requirements for leaders
• Demonstrate a passion and heart for global discipleship
• Dedicated to an evangelical understanding of the Gospel and the Christian faith
• Possess a servant-oriented leadership style
• Be committed to personal and professional growth
